Terms of Service

1. Account Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete registration information, and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes. This includes but is not limited to hosting malware, phishing sites, distributing malicious code, conducting attacks, or sending unsolicited spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in such activities.

3. Software Maintenance & Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining and updating all software installed within their hosting account, including content management systems, plugins, themes, and scripts. Accounts running outdated or insecure software that pose a risk to server stability or security may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

4. Security Intervention

PHP Bootstrap Hosting reserves the right to disable, quarantine, or remove files, applications, or accounts that pose a security threat to the server, network, or other hosted clients. This may include compromised websites, malware, phishing content, or vulnerable software installations.

5. Resource Usage

Our hosting plans are designed for typical website usage. Use of your account primarily for file storage, backups, or excessive resource consumption is prohibited and may result in throttling or suspension.

6. Billing & Payments

All hosting services are prepaid. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination. Renewal reminders are provided as a courtesy. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

7. Backups & Data Loss

We perform backups as a courtesy service. However, customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. PHP Bootstrap Hosting is not liable for data loss under any circumstance.

8. AI Tool Usage

Hosting plans that include AI tools or API access may be subject to daily or monthly usage quotas. Abuse of AI resources, automation that creates excessive load, or usage that violates acceptable use policies may result in restricted access or account suspension.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without liability for resulting disruptions or losses.

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms of Service, security risks, abuse of resources, or non-payment. Customers may cancel their hosting plan at any time via the client dashboard.

11. Limitation of Liability

PHP Bootstrap Hosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including downtime, lost revenue, data loss, or service interruptions caused by external factors, customer actions, or third-party software.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PHP Bootstrap Hosting harmless from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of this agreement.
