Terms of Service

1. Account Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete registration information, and maintain the security of your account credentials.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful or abusive purposes, including hosting malware, phishing sites, or sending spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account engaged in these activities.

3. Resource Usage

Our hosting plans are designed for typical website usage. Use of your account for file storage, backups, or excessive resource consumption is prohibited and may lead to throttling or suspension.

4. Billing & Payments

All hosting services are prepaid. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. Renewal reminders are sent before expiration. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Backups & Data Loss

We perform regular backups as a courtesy, but you are responsible for maintaining current backups of your site. PHP Bootstrap Hosting is not liable for data loss under any circumstance.

6. AI Tool Usage

Hosting plans that include AI access may have daily or monthly usage quotas. Abuse of AI resources may result in restricted access or account suspension.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. We are not responsible for any resulting loss.

8. Termination

Accounts may be terminated at any time for TOS violations. You may cancel your hosting plan anytime via your client dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including downtime, lost revenue, or data loss due to external causes or user actions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PHP Bootstrap Hosting harmless from any legal claims or actions arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this TOS without notice. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the latest terms.
